Privacy Policy

It is against company policy to sell, barter or otherwise share the information we gather about our employees, vendors, agents, partners, sub-contractors, clients or visitors.  In certain circumstances you may share confidential information with us, in person, over the phone or via our secured website.  Accordingly, what follows is a description of how we use the information we collect about you (collectively "Your Information").

  Information Disclosure  The Patria Company will only share information with parties directly involved with your project and we will furthermore, only share information with such parties as is required for that party (employee or sub-contractor) to complete their portion of the project.  The Patria Company may also release your Information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of our Terms of Use, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of The Patria Company, our users, or others.  Finally, we may provide your information to third parties if you authorize us to do so.
 
  What about Cookies? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your Web browser on your computer's hard drive. Occasionally our Web site may place cookies on your computer's hard drive, however, our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but it is possible to adjust your browser to prevent that from happening.  Generally, this information "tracking cookies" are used for statistical analysis and does not include personal identifying information.

  Links to Other Sites  When you visit any of The Patria Company web sites you may be linked to other outside sites such as sites operated by advertisers, sponsors, and partners, which may use The Patria Company's logo as part of an agreement with The Patria Company. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Consequently, these sites are not subject to the The Patria Company Privacy Policy and The Patria Company is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other sites, nor for the use of any information these sites may collect.

  Children's Privacy  Naturally the safety of children is very important to us. The Patria Company will not knowingly accept personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent. Such consent may be given when a parent fills out and signs the The Patria Company Parental Consent form, and then returns the form via United States mail or facsimile.  (Parental Consent form will be e-mailed upon request.)  If a parent wishes to refuse to permit collection or use of their child's information by The Patria Company, that parent can send an email to admin at patriaco.com to request deletion of their child's account.  If you have any questions or comments regarding children's privacy at The Patria Company, please contact:  admin at patriaco.com
